Salat is the key to Heaven, and the correct basic faith is the soul of salat.

Through the sahih hadis (pure hadith) we know, The last Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said that, the salat is the key to jannat (heaven)..... . 


Because, salat is the most important practical work (ibadat) of Islam religion. 


Also, by salat we can connect with Allah. 


In fact, by salat we totally surrender to Allah. 


But, in the time of injustice (ayyam e zahiliat) salat was just a social fashion for Arabian kafirs and munafiks. 


This is why, they did salat according to their style. 


Now salat is the common work for all Muslim of the world. 


But without correct basic faith, salat is only a social fashion as like as ayyam e zahiliat.
